20 Apr Is it time you got a Virtual Admin Assistant?
Are you a small to medium business owner or manager?
Do any of these statements ring true to you?
- Too many things not enough time
- Put it on my to do list
- Too busy working in the business not on the business
- No time to upskill yourself
- Not a great work life balance
If yes, it sounds like you need someone to help you. Perhaps it’s time you got a Virtual Assistant.
But first, let’s take a step back and have a look at what you actually do on a day to day basis.
Write a list of all the job tasks you do. For example:
Create and post content for social media
- Generate sales leads
- Invoice customers
- Send out quotes
- Chase quotes
- Manage staff
- Take customer enquiries
- Process orders
- Follow up enquiries
Now divide them up into jobs that can be taken immediately off your plate and then into jobs a little more specialised that you can train someone to do in the future.
Now imagine if those job tasks were off loaded to a Virtual Assistant. What would that mean to your time? Your focus? Your efficiency? Your profit?
Imagine not having to add managing a staff member daily to your list of things to do.
If getting those jobs off your plate means gaining hours a day by not having to do everything (and let’s be honest there’s stuff you’re not that great at anyway) then it’s probably time you got a Virtual Assistant.
And as a final thought. What do you think you worth per hour? $100? $150 an hour, more? Next time you’re doing some of those business tasks, think, if it wasn’t you, would you pay that much to do the same thing?? If it’s a no, than it’s time you got a Virtual Assistant.
